Grilled Corn and Avocado Guacamole

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 ear of corn
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 lime
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. Grill corn, cool, and cut kernels off of cob.
  2. Chop avocados in chunks.
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine macerating some of the avocado until you achieve desired consistency.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
