Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 ear of corn
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Grill corn, cool, and cut kernels off of cob.
- Chop avocados in chunks.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine macerating some of the avocado until you achieve desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
