I made the salmon sliders for Dan for dinner last night and they were amazing. I served the slider with a small spinach salad and the presentation was beautiful. Dan took one bite of the salmon and said, “I hope there is more of this!”. This would be great for a dinner party for four. Cash Wise has their whole wild caught salmon filet on sale for less than $6 so once you buy all the stuff there is no reason not to make 8 sliders. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Thanks Jonette! I’m so glad you liked them. A good change to burgers on the grill!
